                   South Korea 한국 (Hanguk); officially - the Republic of Korea 대한민국 (Daehan Minguk) is a country in East Asia, constituting the southern part of the Korean Peninsula and sharing a land border with North Korea.  South Korea is a highly developed country and the world's 11th largest economy by nominal GDP. Its citizens enjoy the world's fastest Internet connection speeds along with the world's second best healthcare system, resulting in the third highest health adjusted life expectancy in the world. The world's 5th largest exporter and 8th largest importer, South Korea is a global leader in many technology and innovation driven fields.

As a lover of both Korean and Indian culture, I personally felt that there’s some beautiful connection/similarity between some of the traditional instruments of both the countries. I find the   Gayageum   and   Veena   to be fascinating instruments that embody the rich traditions and artistry of their respective countries. The Gayageum's delicate plucking and soothing melodies instantly transport me to the picturesque the   ancient Korea , while the beautiful sound of the Veena evokes a sense of   spiritual connection   to the diverse heritage of India.
